Return & Refund
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
You received the wrong item.
The product is missing parts or accessories as mentioned in the description.
Note: Due to the personal and spiritual nature of some products (e.g., attar, chadars offered in rituals, religious books), returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
2.2 Return Process
Contact us at [team@rehmatkart.com] or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
Once approved, ship the product back to our address in its original packaging.
2.3 Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used attar/oils.
Perishable items such as sweets or food offerings.
Items purchased during clearance or sale.
Customized or personalized products.
